At Menort Landscaping, we believe that every project is a journey of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. This guide outlines the process our customers can expect to experience starting from the moment they hire us.

Step 1:

Initial Contact

The journey begins the moment you reach out to us—whether it’s by phone, email, or through our website. From that first contact, our team is here to listen, answer your questions, and guide you through the next steps with care and professionalism.

Step 2:

ON-SITE CONSULTATION

Once we understand your needs, we’ll schedule a convenient on-site consultation. An experienced landscaper will assess your property, discuss your goals, and explain additional residential services. This landscaper will be your main point of contact throughout the entire process, ensuring consistent communication and personalized care.

Step 3:

Proposal & Service Agreement

You’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining costs, recommendations, and our integrated service agreement with all terms. To approve the project, simply sign the agreement. Once any associated fees are paid, we will promptly begin your services, ensuring a seamless and confident start to your project without delay.

Step 4:

SCHEDULING

Once the proposal is approved, we’ll add your property to our schedule and confirm your first service date. On each service day, you’ll receive a reminder text and the dispatch team will keep notes to ensure the crew understands your preferences and your property’s specific needs.

Step 5:

Service Performed

On your first service day, the expert landscaper who conducted your on-site consultation will meet the crew at your property. They’ll review the property’s needs in detail and go over any specific requests you’ve made. Once everything is confirmed, our team will begin performing the scheduled service.

Step 6:

Follow Up

Following the service, our expert landscaper will give you call to check in, confirm your satisfaction, and address any questions or concerns you may have. After the first month of service, they will return to your property to ensure all services and requests are being properly fulfilled.

Step 7:

Invoice

On the 25th of each month, you’ll receive an email invoice for all services performed that month. Payments are due within 10 days and can be made using the secure link in the email. We accept all major payment methods, including Zelle.

Step 8:

PERIODIC QUALITY CONTROL

Our expert landscaper will perform a monthly visual inspection of your irrigation system, adjusting the timer seasonally to ensure optimal performance year-round. During these visits, they’ll also inspect the property to verify that all services are being delivered according to the agreed-upon plan and standards.

Step 9:

Report

Every quarter, our landscaping expert will provide a detailed property report outlining the current conditions. The report may include recommendations for upcoming work, highlight any concerns, and offer advice on maintenance to keep your property healthy and beautiful throughout the year.
